ChatGPT team tasks: recurring work your whole team can check
OpenAI added team tasks to ChatGPT Business workspaces: you set up recurring work, such as a Friday 'what shipped, what's blocked' update, run it on a schedule or when an email or Slack message arrives, and teammates can review the results and change what the next run covers. Tasks only use connections your admin has approved, and they don't pick up the creator's personal memories or custom instructions.
Why it mattersIt's an easy first automation for a small team, like a weekly status report or a Monday pipeline summary, with nothing to build. It's only on Business workspaces, so check your plan first.
