Matt Pocock's next experiment: one 'chief of staff' agent per area, attached to a software factory
Matt Pocock says he wants to try a long-running orchestrator conversation for each area of work (using his /chief-of-staff skill), connected to a 'software factory' of sandboxed agents that do the building. The orchestrator would hand out work, run retrospectives and set up scheduled jobs, while the human just talks in plain language. It's a plan, not a result.
Why it mattersA useful shape even for non-developers: one agent that holds the context and delegates, rather than many disconnected chats. Pair it with the /retro finding and test what each change really does.
