Cloudflare Zero Wire: free plain-English briefings on urgent security flaws, with a prompt for your AI agent
Cloudflare has launched Zero Wire, a free public feed on Cloudflare Radar that explains urgent security vulnerabilities in plain language. Each briefing says what happened, who should check, what to do now and where the evidence is, including vendor advisories and CISA's known-exploited list. It also gives you a ready-made prompt for your own AI agent to check your systems without changing them. You don't need an account, and there's an RSS feed. It launched with six briefings, covering PHP (which matters for WordPress and Magento sites), WordPress, Node.js, the Linux kernel, Citrix NetScaler and compromised certificates.
Why it mattersMost small businesses don't have a security team, and CVE notices are hard to read. Zero Wire turns a handful of the most urgent ones into a short to-do list, and the agent prompt is a practical way to put AI to work on your own systems. It is curated rather than complete, and each briefing also promotes Cloudflare's firewall, which Cloudflare itself says doesn't replace patching. Our check rates it fact. We've read the briefings but haven't tested the agent prompt.
