/be-ambitious: a Claude skill that makes the agent aim higher before it starts
@dr_cintas shared be-ambitious, a free third-party Claude skill that makes the agent think through three things before a task: 'altitude' (the goal behind the goal), 'depth' (what a real expert would do, plus an outside check) and 'range' (ideas from other fields). You install it by copying it into your Claude skills folder; it's on GitHub and skills.sh. Two good habits from other posts tonight: @Max_XuY's prompt asks the agent to read a SKILL.md and tell you what it touches (files, logins, money), what it assumes and which three lines you'd keep, before you rewrite it for your setup; and @speedsharma_ai found he'd installed 143 skills but used one, and every skill's description is loaded into each session, so prune the ones you don't use (his own numbers).
Why it mattersTry be-ambitious on a strategy or design-doc task, not on a quick fix. Read any third-party skill before you install it: the study in yesterday's edition found about 1 in 17 public skills tells the agent to skip human checks.
