Theo's tstack: nine open-source skills for Claude Code and Codex
Theo (@theo) open-sourced tstack, including full-send (the agent merges its own PR once checks pass), full-stop (everything except the merge), council and sol-loop (other models review the work) and takeover (finish someone else's PR). Install it with npx skills add t3dotgg/tstack; it needs the GitHub CLI and Python. Be careful with full-send, which lets an agent merge and force-push unattended, and note that council and sol-loop call other providers' models at extra cost. His full walkthrough is in Worth testing below.
Why it mattersA clean template for turning your own routines into named skills that hand off to each other. The same pattern works for business SOPs, such as 'draft proposal', 'check proposal' and 'send for approval'.
