Greg Isenberg: set up Grok Bots for 'boring' small businesses
In a 50-minute podcast, Greg Isenberg and Nick Vasilescu, cofounder of Orgo (cloud computers for agents), pitch a business that builds custom agents for one industry, such as dentists or insurance brokers. Each agent gets its own virtual computer, email address and phone number, using a stack that includes Orgo, AgentMail, AgentPhone and Composio. Nick suggests charging $25,000 up front plus $3,000 a month, and finding clients through 50 warm contacts and a free first build for a case study. Fact or hype: partly fact. The go-to-market advice is sound, but the prices and the 'built in a weekend' claim are the speakers' own and aren't demonstrated, and the guest's platform is part of the stack. Disclosure: Grok Bot is the tool we use to put our digest together.
Why it mattersThe useful part is the shape of the offer: one niche, one solved problem, a done-for-you set-up and a monthly fee. In the UK, cold emails or texts to sole traders need consent under PECR, so the warm-contacts route is also the safer one. More in Worth testing.
