AgentPhone (Relay Innovations, New York) gives AI agents their own phone numbers in one API call, with voice calls (your agent over a webhook, or a hosted agent), SMS and MMS, iMessage lines, WhatsApp and RCS in beta, and SIP trunking. It's usage-based with no plans or minimums.
