Editing video with AI prompts: a nice idea, but an animated demo

3 November 2026, 00:23 · 1 source · Curated by Sara Simeone

A 46-second clip on Greg Isenberg's account shows prompts such as 'Give this footage a warm, cinematic golden-hour look' being used with Opus 5.5 to cut and colour-grade video in DaVinci Resolve. It's an animation, not a screen recording, and it doesn't say how the model connects to Resolve. Details in Worth testing.

Why it mattersTry the prompts in an editor with a built-in AI assistant, but don't buy a 'one-prompt editing' set-up on the strength of this clip.
