What Supermemory does

Supermemory provides long-term memory for AI apps and agents: a memory and search API (user profiles, fact graphs, retrieval over documents), plus plugins for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and Hermes, and a Supermemory Bot for Grok Bot that acts as a shared memory teammate any of your Bots can ask. Self-hosting is available on its Scale and Enterprise plans.

Good for

  • Giving agents memory across sessions and tools
  • Shared memory across several Grok Bots
  • Developers adding user memory to their own AI apps

    Honest take

No red flags in our notes so far

    • Its Grok Bot write-up describes Grok Bot's memory accurately, but claims that Supermemory makes memory 'insanely good' aren't backed by a published test.
    • Your memories live in Supermemory's account, a second company to trust with work decisions; self-hosting is only on Scale and Enterprise.
