What Cloro does

AI search / answer-engine monitoring API. One API (plus a hosted MCP server) that runs a prompt through the live ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews, Google Search and News and returns structured JSON: the answer, the brands named, parsed sources and citations, query fan-out and shopping cards. Country and US-state targeting. Used by AI-visibility / GEO tools; powers the AI-engine step of Treg's AEO Toolkit.

Good for

  • Track whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI answers mention a brand or its competitors for key buyer questions
  • See which websites AI answers cite, to target PR, reviews and content
  • Build a client-facing AI-visibility report or dashboard on top of one API
  • Give an agent (Claude, Cursor) live AI-search data via the hosted MCP server

Try this in 10 minutes

  1. Free, by hand: ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google (AI Mode or AI Overview) 5 buyer questions for your own business. Note who's named and which sites are cited. That's your control.
  2. Free: Cloro's public AI Visibility Leaderboard (weekly, no signup) and the free 500-credit plan. Run the same 5 questions through the Cloro playground or MCP in Claude.
  3. ~$0.31 of the free $1: run Treg's AEO prompt on your own product with country=GB. Compare its Step 2 to your manual check from #1.
